Description: Learn how to deal with difficulty via the following topic and your own case studies.

What you get: grounding and support time, teaching time, leadership challenges with a plan of action between each session, integration of material – AND peer engagement alongside facilitator expertise.

How you get it: participation in 7 2-hour Zoom sessions via link sent one day prior to the meeting. Materials will be available for download for your permanent use.

When you participate: 1.00-3.00 (Eastern U.S.) on the following dates:

October 14: Difficult emotions
November 11: Responses to conflict
December 9: Fostering sanity in chaotic systems

Featuring Bill Kondrath, priest, retired professor at Episcopal Divinity School with expertise in intercultural connection and anti-racism work along with systems development and emotional intelligence; and Lisa Withrow (bio on “About” page).

Description: Learn how to bring your work situations into a group coaching dynamic for discussion and analysis through informal case studies and skill building.


What you get: group coaching and conversation regarding your particular concerns in your work setting – facilitator insights from expert coaches and consultations ALONGSIDE the wisdom of peers accompanying you on the journey. Additional one-on-one coaching is available upon request and with private contract.

How you get it: Participation in 6 2-hour Zoom sessions sent via link one day before the meeting.

When you participate:

Meeting pattern is the second Thursday of each month, 1.00 – 3.00 pm (Eastern U.S.)

Dates: September 10, October 8, November 12, (December break), January 14, 2021, February 11, March 11.

What it costs: $57 per session/$342 for the whole program. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT AVAILABLE: $300 paid in full by August 31.
